USB connection
1. Connect the USB Series B plug (with the squarish end) to the port at the back
of the device.
2. Connect the USB Series A plug (with the flat rectangular end) to a USB 2.0
port on your computer in the front panel or back panel.
Turning the OC Palm on or off
To turn the OC Palm on or off
1. Locate the power button on the top of the OC Palm.
2. Press the power button for a few seconds until the display turns on or off.
The OC Palm is USB-powered. Connect OC Palm to your PC through the
provided USB cable before using.
Configuring the OC Palm utility settings
After installing the OC Palm utility, it is time to customize the settings to optimize
the features of your OC Palm.
To launch the OC Palm utility
1. Install the OC Palm utility from the motherboard support DVD.
2. Click start > All Programs > ASUS > ASUS OC Palm > OC Palm
Or click on the notification area and launch the utility directly.
3. The OC Palm utility main screen appears. Refer to the following section for
details on how to customize the OC Palm utility.
To enable or disable Gadgets
The main panel shows the Disabled
Gadgets and Enabled Gadgets. By
default, all the gadgets are included in the
enabled list. Follow the instructions below
to enable or disable gadgets.
1. Highlight a gadget you want to
enable or disable.
2. Use the directional button (right/left)
in the center to add or remove the
gadget to or from the Disabled/Enabled Gadgets list.
3. Click Apply to apply the setup to your OC Palm. After the refresh of the
display, the OC Palm will load the new setting.
