• This motherboard comes
with quad-VGA outputs
for four different monitors
simultaneously. You can
connect two monitors to the
onboard VGA and
HDMI
ports, and another two to
your graphics card outputs. Install the VGA card to the PCIEX16_2 (black)
slot.
• The quad-display function does not work when four monitors serve as
clones at the same time.
• The quad-display feature is supported by Windows
®
XP 32-bit OS only.
• With an HDMI to DVI adapter, this motherboard also supports DVI output.
• Due to the Intel
®
VGA driver issue, the Windows
®
Display Settings menu
may offer some resolution options that your monitor does not support.
When you set a resolution not supported by your monitor, it will black out. If
this happens, wait 15 seconds for the system to return to its original setting
or restart the system and press F8 to enter Safe Mode. In Safe Mode,
change the display setting to 800x600, and then restart the system to
adjust the monitor resolution from the Windows
®
Display Settings menu.
10. HDMI/DVI port. This port is for a
High-Definition Multimedia Interface
(HDMI) connector.
