SLIDING DOOR HARDWARE - BI-FOLD

HANG DOORS

ADjuSt AND FINISH

Snubber Location

2-Door: Between top guide and side jamb furthest from the pivot.
4-Door: Between the pairs of door panels.

• Fold door panels together and engage top pivot of pivot door into track pivot.

• Engage top guide of guide door into track slot.

(2)

• Set bottom pivot into serrations in jamb bracket.

(3)

• Snap snubber into track in location based on number of doors.

• Install finish trim or casing.

• Move top pivot bracket in or out to adjust side clearance.

Vertical Adjustment:

Rotate adjusting bolt on bottom pivot.

Turn right to lower door and left to raise.

Horizontal Adjustment:
Move top pivot bracket
in or out to obtain
proper clearance
between door and jamb.
To hold in position
tighten screw in
bracket. To adjust tilt,
lift door assembly and
move to next groove.

Aligners (4-Door ONLY):

Mount aligners on the back side

of door panels. Use aligners as

template and drill 3/32" diameter

holes and secure with (#8 x 3/4")

screws.

Note: Fasten finish header trim to either header OR wall, but not both,
so header can be removed later without damage.
