HANG DooRS
ADJuSt AND FINISH
• Fold door panels together and engage top pivot of pivot door into track pivot. (1)
• Engage top guide of guide door into track slot. (2)
• Set bottom pivot into serrations in jamb bracket. (3)
• Snap snubber into track in location based on number of doors.
• Install finish trim or casing.
• Move top pivot bracket in or out to adjust side clearance.
Vertical Adjustment:
Rotate adjusting bolt on bottom pivot.
Turn right to lower door and left to raise.
Horizontal Adjustment:
Door edge should be
approximately 5/16"
from the pivot jamb when
closed. Adjustments to this
can be made from the top,
if needed, by loosening
the Phillips head screw
in the top pivot bracket
and sliding the bracket to
the desired location and
re-tightening the Phillips
head screw securely.
To adjust tilt, lift door
assembly and move to
next groove.
Aligners (4-Door oNLY):
Mount aligners on the back side
of door panels. Use aligners as
template and drill 3/32" diamter
holes and secure with (#8 x 3/4")
screws. (K)
Note: Fasten finish header trim to either header OR wall, but not both,
so header can be removed later without damage.
