LEFT SIDE
Use swivel plate assembly ( A) as a template to mark location of holes, point 1 and point 2, approximately 3" apart
on table. Drill two holes using a 1/4'' drill bit.
Place two 1/4-20 x 1-3/4" thin head carriage bolts ( C) into slots of swivel plate assembly (A).
