Ceiling Decoupler
Ring Extender Pipe
Slide circular pipe (A) and fiber washer (C) over end of
extension column (sold separately). Thread retaining collar
(B) onto threaded end of extension column. Tighten four or
five complete turns. Insert and securely tighten one M5 x .8 x
10 mm self-tapping phillips screw (D) as shown in detail 1.
DETAIL 1
• The M5 self-tapping phillips screw is essential for
safety. Be sure to lock retaining collar into place with
this screw.
