new light bezel without using the adhesive promoter if you prefer. Before you
permanently attach the bezel it is important to shape the new bezel by hand so that it
exactly matches the shape of the factory lens without having to force the bezel to set
flat. NOTE: If you consider that metal will NOT bend itself out of shape than you can
expect that if you install a nicely shaped bezel conformed to the factory lens that it will
remain in place and not lift off the factory lens over time or being exposed to the
elements.
2. Now that you have a nicely shaped bezel simply remove the release liner from the
back of the new bezel and carefully set the bezel in position. Press the bezel firmly along
its entire length to set. Do not get wet for 24 hours.
Note: Care must be taken when cleaning your bezel. It is a good idea to lightly dust your
bezel with a clean soft cloth first in order to prevent any particles from scratching it.
Then wipe (using a new clean soft cloth) with a good quality streak free glass cleaner.
