This new kit has been especially designed to enhance the simulated molded plenum of
the plastic factory engine shroud with stainless steel strips to create an authentic look.
Your new kit comes with a protective liner; do not remove liner until installation is
complete.
1. Thoroughly scrub clean the center plenum area of the factory engine cove with
alcohol to remove any and all road grime and dirt.
2. You have been provided with a small piece of an abrasive pad to scrub these plenum
bands to ruff up the surface. Clean the surface again with alcohol then swipe the entire
