Your new accessory comes to you with a clear protective liner. This liner will help to
keep your new parts clean during installation. You will be instructed when to remove the
liner during the detailed installation instructions.
Your new cover comes to you preformed however it will be necessary to further shape
the part by hand in order to achieve a nice custom fitted accessory.
1. Thoroughly clean the top of the factory black plastic radiator cover with
household rubbing alcohol to remove any and all grime and dirt. Then swipe the
top back edge of the factory cover closest to the motor with the adhesive promoter
provided. Pull up on the air filter tube cover especially at the large air capacitor
front grommet far enough to remove the small black plastic retainer. The retainer
is actually a 2-part unit, to remove it you will need to pull the very top head of the
