Assemble the deck hatch access door by attach-
ing the left and right hand hinges to bottom side
of the outside toeboard, using 5/16" x 1" carraige
bolts. Leave hardware loose until the assembly
is complete. Attach the hinges & hatch decking
to the angle frame weldment and double nut the
hinge bolts - do not overtighten. (See Figure 1-9)
