when a key is touched. It returns to the dimmed setting 10 seconds
after the last key press.
6.2 QUASI: the keypad backlight is off and switches to full brightness when
a key is touched. It switches off 10 seconds after the last key press.
6.3 OFF: backlight disabled.

Installation
•
Open the keypad by removing both screws [D] with the included special
tool.
Note: opening an already connected system will trigger an alarm!
•
Use the housing to indicate the location of the mounting holes (3x). Make sure
the cabling can enter the housing through the larger hole at the bottom.
•
Drill holes, insert concrete anchors when necessary.
•
Guide cabling through the larger hole at the bottom, and screw the
keypad housing in place using the included screws.
•
Wire the keypad. Refer to §5 for more details on the terminals. See below
for some wiring examples and refer to §7 for more terminal connection
hints.
•
Set the keypad backlight jumper [6] to the desired position.
•
Place the keypad back in the housing and secure it tightly with the 2
screws [D].
