4. Check the pistol visually and manually to ensure the pistol is completely unloaded
and that it is clear of any ammunition.
5. Press the Slidestop lever down or pull the slide to the furthest rearward position and
release.
6. Press the decocking lever down to return the pistol to Double-Action.
7. Remove all ammunition from the magazine.
