The caller ID log stores up to 50 entries, which are shared by all
system devices.
Missed call indicator
When there are calls that have not been reviewed in the caller ID log,
the screens display XX Missed calls. When you have reviewed all the
missed calls, the missed call indicator goes away.
Each time you review a caller ID log entry marked
NEW on the cordless
handset or NEW on the telephone base, the number of missed calls
decreases by one.
If you do not want to review the missed calls one by one, press and hold
CANCEL or DELETE on the cordless handset or CANCEL on the telephone
base when not in use to clear the missed call indicator. All the entries are
then considered old and kept in the caller ID log.
Review the caller ID log
Review the caller ID log to find out who called, to return the call, or to
copy the caller’s name and number into your phonebook.
To review the caller ID log with a cordless handset/the
telephone base:
Press CID on the cordless handset, or press CALL LOG on the
telephone base when idle.
Press or
to browse.
To review the caller ID log with a pendant:
Use the voice command feature (see page 60).
