Bulletin Type: Service
Topic: D2000F, D2200F RECOMMENDED SERVICE PARTS STOCKING LIST
__________________________________________________________
Affected Models:
D2000F, D2200F Steer Axles
This bulletin details the recommended stocking of service parts for dealers or fleets that use Dana Steer axle
models D2000F and D2200F that were production released in 2005. The population for these is such that
any fleets that are utilizing them and beginning to do regularly scheduled maintenance on them should
consider having them on their shelf to avoid any down time.
In the chart below, the most popular production assembly part numbers are listed along w/ the design type by
beam drop. There are two design beam options, 3.5” and 5” beam drops. The actual kingpin kits differ by the
draw key design as the 3.5” drop beams use a “same side” draw key design and the 5” drop beams use an
“opposite side” draw key design. Simply follow the group reference code in the chart below and use this to
find the list of recommended parts for those assemblies.
