Set the menu Lock menu to factory defaults.

YES = reset.
NOTE: Settings for LFT controlled menu items are not reset.

Set the status.
OFF = Calibration menu is not locked.
ON = Calibration menu is locked and hidden.

Set the status.
OFF = Setup menu is not locked.
ON = Setup menu is locked and hidden.
