15. Now connect the fan to the fan connector under the rack. We ran our electrical wires
through the same location we ran our hoses. You will need to cut and extend the fan
wires. Use the black and blue wires, butt connectors, and wire loom provided.
• Cut the connector at the fan.
• Attach the additional wires to the connector using the butt connectors
• Plug the connector back in and run the wires into the wire loom
• Now route the wires up to the fan
• Now connect the wires to the fan and wrap with black tape and wire loom.
16. Using the ¼” black hose provided, run the over flow hose down to the over flow bottle
under the plastic. Run the hose in the same way you ran the wires and other hoses.
17. VERY IMPORTANT: Place the protective sleeve around the hoses to keep them from
rubbing on the rack. If the hose is left unprotected the vibration of the hose against the
rack will cause a hole to form in the hose.
18. Use zip ties provided in the kit to secure all lines, hoses, and wires so that they do not
allow rubbing.
19. Fill radiator according to factory specifications.
