Installation Instructions
1) Place jack under center of ATV front end and lift until front wheels clear the ground. Be careful to
support ATV properly so that it is securely supported but so that A-arms and shocks can droop to
full extension.
2) Remove front wheels.
3) Remove the lower part of the shock from the ATV frame.
4) Insert the front tube bracket onto the shock mount and insert the small spacer and large spacer. Pay
close attention on how the bracket is positioned on the shock mount. The angle portion on the
bracket goes to the inside of the frame. Make sure to place the 10mm washer between the bracket
and the shock mount tabs and one on the opposite side of the small spacer. This will prevent the
tube bracket from crushing when it is fasten tight. See illustrations.
5) Attach the Large support bracket to the top of the front tube bracket. Connect the other end to the
two Smaller support brackets and 8x50 mm hex head bolts, 8mm lock nuts and 8mm washer to
“sandwich” the A-arm.
