19. Reconnect the fan. Run the fan vent line into the hole in the plastic where the rack comes
through and where the fan wires run. Secure all with zip ties provided in the kit.
20. On the older model Grizzlies there is an extra ¼” bung on the radiator. We provide
enough black hose for you to run a new line from the new relocated position to the
cylinder head. This is only on the older model radiators that have this extra bung.
21. Use all zip ties provided in the kit to secure all lines, hoses, and wires so that they do not
allow rubbing.
22. Refill the radiator with factory approved fluid and make sure that there is no air in the
system. Check levels soon after riding to make sure levels are full in radiator and
overflow bottle.
