Helpful Hint:

When placing the plastic tapered sleeves onto the posts, slide

the plastic tapered sleeves up or down on the post until you feel it “snap”
into the groove of the post. It is normal to have a slight gap in-between the
two pieces of the plastic tapered sleeves when it is placed on the post.

Step 1

Screw the posts into the “U” shaped portion of the handle.

Then assemble the other handle. For model with 1 U shaped

handle, only screw posts into one of the U shaped portions.

Snap in plastic post caps into the top

of each post.

Step 2

Place a shelf on its side, making sure the wider portion of the 4 round collars

are facing the bottom of the unit, slide the bottoms of the U shaped handle (make

sure handles face outward) through the narrower portion of the round collars

on each corner of the shelf. Repeat these instructions for the other handle.

Step 3

Slide the shelf/shelves on to the handles as done in step 1.

Step 4

Slide a bumper up the bottom of the handle about 4” – 6”, smooth side facing up.

Install the casters by inserting them into the holes in the bottom of the posts

(See Diagram #1)

Step 5

Slide the bumper down to the bottom of the handle. Choose the desired height

of the bottom shelf (for added stability, it is recommended that the bottom shelf

is installed no more that 6” (2 – 3 lines) from the floor.) Snap the plastic tapered

sleeves (with arrows facing up and/or the narrow ends of the tapered sleeves toward

the top of the unit) at the desired height on each handle (See Diagram #2). Shelves

can be adjusted every 1”. (Note: Double grooves in the posts are placed every 8th

groove for simple shelf height reference.)

Step 6

Slide the shelf over the sleeves (See Diagram #3). Push the shelf firmly onto the

plastic tapered sleeves.

Step 7

Snap the plastic tapered sleeves into place on the handles at the next desired

shelf height. Slide the shelf down from the top of the handles onto the plastic

tapered sleeves.

Step 8

Repeat Step 6 to the set the remaining shelf for 3 shelf carts.

Step 9

Turn unit upright. (Note: After installing all shelves, a rubber mallet may be used to

gently tap each corner of the shelves to they firmly install onto the plastic tapered sleeves.)

Note:

Two of the casters can be locked in place by turning the steel lock mechanism on

the side of the casters. (It is recommended to install locking casters on opposite corners.)

WARNINg:

DO NOT CLIMB OR STEP ON THE CART!!

HEAVY OBJECTS MUST BE PLACED--NOT DROPPED--ONTO THE SHELVES!!

Note:

Heaviest objects must be stored on lower shelves and lighter objects on upper shelves!!
