Recording TV Footage
NOTE: You must insert a microSD ™ card into
the slot on the device before you can record TV
footage.
1 Select TV.
2 Select a TV channel.
3 Select to start recording.
4 Select stop recording.
Viewing Recorded TV Footage
1 Select TV.
2 Select the screen.
3 Select > Video Playback.
4 Select a video.
Adjusting the Screen Aspect Ratio
When the TV page is inactive for several seconds,
the TV menu will disappear and the picture will
expand to fill the screen. You can choose the
aspect ratio of the picture.
1 While watching TV, select the screen.
2 Select > TV Settings > Screen Ratio.
3 Select an option:
• To maintain the aspect ratio in which the
channel is broadcast, select Keep Ratio.
• To stretch the picture to fill the screen,
select Full Screen.
Viewing Subtitles
NOTE: The subtitle language is determined by the
broadcaster.
1 While watching TV, select the screen.
2 Select > TV Settings > Subtitles.
Changing the Region
The default region is the same as your navigation
region.
1 While watching TV, select the screen.
2 Select > TV Settings > Region.
3 Select a region.
Changing the Back Button Settings
When you press on the TV menu, a prompt
appears that allows you to keep the TV audio
playing or turn off the TV.
1 Select TV > > TV Settings > When Back
Button Pressed.
2 Select an option:
• To see a prompt every time your press
on the TV menu, select Always Ask Me
What To Do.
• To keep the audio on while you use the
device, select Keep Audio On.
• To turn off the TV when you leave the TV
menu, select Turn Off TV.
