Adjustment of the time
1. Pull out the crown to position (II).
The second hand will stop*.
2. Adjust the time** by turning the
crown in the desired direction.
3. Push the crown back in to posi-
tion (I). The second hand will start
moving again. This allows perfect
synchronization with a reference time such as a radio-controlled
clock.
* To adjust the time to the exact second, pull the crown out when
the second hand indicates 12 o’clock.
** Make sure you position the desired time after 1.00 a.m. and
before 8.00 p.m. This allows you to make the following adjust-
ments without risk of damaging the mechanism.
Rapid adjustment of the date
With the crown in position (I) press
button
B
(using the provided
accessory) until the desired date is
indicated by hand 4.
N.B. The day of the week hand 5
advances at the same time.
