Water does not pass
The filter is obstructed in the hold-
er (3). Too fine-ground coffee or
strongly tamped.
Wash the holder (3).
Use coarser-ground coffee.
The filter-strainer is obstructed (b)
(pic.9).
Remove the filter-strainer (b) and
immerse it in citric acid solution to
remove scale. Then wash it and set
on its place.
Scale appearance. See the “Scale removal” chapter
Too coarse-ground coffee. Use finer-ground coffee.
Water falls down too
fast
Ground coffee is not enough. Use a measuring spoon.
Ground coffee is tamped not
