The Connect to Network
command in the File menu is
unavailable?
This command is unavailable if no PC interface has been specified.
Choose General Setup from the Option menu and specify inter-
faces for MIDI IN and MIDI OUT.
Forgotten the password?
Delete the password file located in the folder in which Net-
workAmp Manager is installed, make sure that the Password field
and the Confirm field are blank, and then click Unlock.
Pressing the F1 key opens the
help document in the wrong
language?
Choose the required language from the Help—>Help Topics sub-
menu. NetworkAmp Manager will remember your selection and
open the same document the next time you choose Help from the
help menu, or press the F1 key.
You changed the latency
setting, but the actual delay
time does not change. (Nor
does any error message
appear.)
Update the system software version of the ACU-16C/NHB32-C.
For details on updating, refer to the Yamaha website.
In a project whose latency
setting you changed, executing
“Connect & send to network”
produces an error message
such as “Skip this device,” and
transmission is halted. When
you subsequently go on-line,
the Log window shows a
message such as “Unexpected
data change detected [NHB#xx
Latency].”
The system software of the CobraNet module does not support
changing the latency setting. If you want to change the latency to
other than 5.33 ms, you will need to update the CobraNet mod-
ule. For details on upgrading, please contact your Yamaha dealer.
