6. Set up 6. Assemblage
■ BACK CUSHION
• Fix the back cushion to the flame with 4
A-straps and B-strap. (SE1-1)
1. Pass 4 A-straps through each crossbar
and each buckle. Pull the top end of the
straps. Make sure the back cushion is
securely fixed to the flame. (SE1-2)
2. Fold the rest of each strap between the
flame and the cushion. (SE1-3)
3. Pass B-strap through the buckle and
pull the top end of the strap to fix the
back cushion over again. (SE1-4)
■ FLEXIBLE SHAFT
1. Remove the dust covers from the both
ends of the flexible shaft.
2. Put the end having 2 projections(SE2-1)
into the straight shaft.
3. Put the cap(SE2-2) on the flexible shaft
and screw in to the straight shaft
securely.
4. Put the rubber tube(SE3-1) over the
cap, and then attach the throttle cable
to the flexible shaft with the 2
clamps(SE3-2).
5. Put the engine side end of the flexible
shaft into the clutch housing, making
the hole(SE4-1) on the shaft upside.
Push it on until the stopper(SE4-2)
catches the hole.
6. Open the cable joint and connect the
throttle cables.
7. Connect the switch wires.
■ COUSSIN ARRIERE
• Fixez le coussin arrière à la structure à
l’aide de 4 sangles A et sangles B.
(SE1-1)
1. Faites passer les 4 Sangles A à travers
chaque barre transversale et chaque
anneau. Tirez sur le haut de chaque
sangle. Assurez-vous que le coussin
arrière est bien fixé à la structure. (SE-
2)
2. Pliez la partie restante de chaque
sangle entre la structure et le coussin.
(SE1-3)
3. Faites passer la sangle B à travers
l’anneau et tirez sur le haut de la sangle
pour bien fixer le coussin arrière à
nouveau. (SE1-4)
■ ARBRE MOBILE
1. Retirer les capuchons antipoussière
des deux bouts de l’arbre mobile.
2. Placer les dout en 2
protubérances(SE2-1) dans l’arbre
droit.
3. Placer le bouchon(SE2-2) sur l’arbre
mobile et le visser fermement a I’arbre
droit.
4. Placer le tube en caoutchouc sur le
bouchon, puis fixer le câble de la
commande des gaz à l’arbre mobile
avec des supports.
5. Insérer le bout de l’arbre mobile du côté
moteur dans le carter d’embrayage en
mettant I’orifice de l’arbre(SE4-1) vers
le haut. Actionner l’arbre jusqu’à ce que
l’arrêtoir(SE4-2) touche l’orifice.
6. Ouvrir le joint du câble et connecter les
câbles de la commande des gaz.
7. Connecter les fils de l’interrupteur.
