Important:
For coin-operated machines it is imperative that coins
are collected every time an audit is taken. Audits
record how many coins should be collected and
documents that information with a
Collection
Timestamp in the Service Data.
Before viewing an Audit, verify the correct location is
selected from the
Location: drop-down list.
1. Click on Audits. The Machine
Audits dialog box appears with the View
Group Audit Data tab displayed.
2. Verify that the correct location is selected, or
select a specific machine from the Specific
Machine drop-down list.
