Using Caller ID, Call Waiting, and Redial Lists
If.you.subscrbe.to.Caller.ID.servce.from.your.phone.company,.your.phone.wll.show.you.the.caller’s.phone.number.
and.name.(f.avalable).whenever.a.call.comes.n..If.you.subscrbe.to.Caller.ID.on.Call.Watng,.the.phone.wll.also.
show.you.the.name.and.the.number.of.any.call.that.comes.n.whle.you’re.on.the.lne.
Using the Caller ID List
.You.can.store.up.to.thrty.Caller.ID.numbers.n.each.staton..Caller.ID.records.are..
stored.from.newest.to.oldest..Once.your.Caller.ID.lst.s.full,.the.oldest.record.wll.be.
automatcally.deleted.when.a.new.call.s.receved.
To.open.the.Caller.ID.lst,.press.[ ].(on.the.rght.sde.of.the.four-way.key)..The.
phone.wll.show.the.number.of.new.Caller.ID.records.(that.s,.records.you.have.not.
revewed.yet).and.the.total.number.of.stored.records..Use.[
].and.[ ] .to.scroll.
through.the.lst..
Making a Call from a Caller ID Record
When.the.phone.s.n.standby,.press.[ ].to.open.the.Caller.ID.lst.
Use.[ ].and.[ ]
to find the Caller ID record you want to dial.
If.you.need.to.add.(or.delete).a.“1”.to.the.begnnng.of.the.dsplayed.phone.number,.press.[ * /tone]..If.you.need.
to.add.(or.delete).the.stored.area.code,.press.[#].
Press.[ /Flash].or.[ ].on.the.handset.or.[ ].on.the.base.to.dal.the.number.
Note:. You.can.also.press.[ /Flash].or.[ ].on.the.handset.or.[ ].on.the.base.before.you.open.the.caller.ID.lst..
When.you.come.to.the.phone.number.you.want.to.dal,.press.[Menu/Select].
What’s This “Add or Delete a 1” About?
Any phone number in the Caller ID records might (or might not!) have a “1” at the front, depending on how
dfferent.phone.companes.send.the.Caller.ID.nformaton..
The.phone.dals.the.number.exactly.as.t.appears.n.the.Caller.ID.record..
