Trouble shooting
Symptom

Batteries uncharged
Check the position of the
batteries
Recharge the batteries
Handset turned OFF
Turn ON the handset

the telephone as audio device
Open Skype and select ‘Tools’
-> ‘Options’. At the ‘Privacy’
settings, select ‘manage other
programs access skype’ and
make sure only Butler 4812 is
shown in the list
