Setup Procedure 1 - Complete Factory Reset, Set DHCP On
If the following conditions are true, you may want to completely
reset the adapter to the factory default settings.
H The adapter has been used before and is configured with
unknown settings.
H DHCP is off and the adapter does not request an IP address from
the network.
H You are not able to access the web pages of the adapter because
the adapter is configured with unknown settings.
H You want to turn DHCP on.
To reset to the factory default settings (and turn DHCP on), do these
steps:
1.
Power the AD007 adapter off.
2.
Use a small tool or end of a paper clip to push in and hold the
reset button.
3.
Power on the AD007 adapter and hold the reset button in until all
status indicators go to a steady amber (approximately 30 se-
conds), then release the button. The AD007 adapter automatically
reboots with the factory defaults.
