6 Check the box for the Private Job and enter the
5 digit password and user name in the User
Entry field.
• Only the numeric characters can be used for the
password.
• The password must be exactly 5 digits.
• Enter the Department Code if required.
7 Click on [Print].
• The print job is sent to the GA-1140 as a Private Job.
