CHANGING THE DISPLAY LANGUAGE
The language used by your printer for display messages and for report
printing can be changed quickly and easily as follows:
1. Press the + key repeatedly to access the System Configuration
Menu.
2. Press the ENTER key to enter the System Configuration Menu.
3. Press the – key to move directly to the last item in this menu:
LANGUAGE.
4. Press ENTER to change this setting.
5. Use the +/– keys to move in either direction through the list of
available languages until the language you want is displayed.
6. Press the ENTER key to select this language.
7. Press the ON LINE key to exit the menu system and return the
printer to standby.
The LCD display language can be changed to any of these languages:
English Norwegian
German Danish
French Dutch
Italian Turkish
Spanish Portuguese
Swedish Polish
Russian Greek
