RESET THE GPS
If you are having trouble acquiring a GPS fix, sometimes it is helpful to reset the GPS
and have it begin searching for satellites again. Tap the T button next to the words
„GPS Reset‟ to reset the GPS.
GPS DATA FROM SATELLITE
Tap the satellite icon to bring up the GPS D ATA screen. This shows the NMEA
message being received from the satellites. The GPS receiver then translated this
message into usable information.
GPS SIGNAL
Tap the bar graph icon to view the GPS S IGNAL screen. This screen shows how
many satellites you are currently receiving information from. The GPS receiver
needs information from at least three satellites to acquire a fix.
