Send a voice mail message using Push to Talk
1. In the Push to Talk application, click PTT Contacts.
2. Press the Menu key.
3. Click Voice Message.
4. Click a contact or a group.
5. To speak, hold the Left Convenience key.
6. To send the voice mail message, release the Left Convenience key.
Switch from a Push to Talk call to a phone call
You can only switch to a phone call if you make the Push to Talk call.
1. During a Push to Talk call, press the Menu key.
2. Click Convert to Cellular.
To join the phone call, your contacts must press the Left Convenience key.

Add a Push to Talk contact
Check that the contact subscribes to the Push to Talk service offered by your wireless service provider.
When you add a Push to Talk contact, you invite the contact to join your contact list. The contact can accept, decline or defer your invitation.
1. In the Push to Talk application, click Add Contact.
2. Type the contact information.
3. Click OK.
Add a Push to Talk group
You can use a Push to Talk group to talk to multiple contacts at the same time. When you add a Push to Talk group, you invite Push to
Talk contacts to join your group. Contacts can accept, decline or defer your invitation.
1. In the Push to Talk application, click Add Group.
2. Type a name for the group.
3. Click OK.
4. Perform one of the following actions:
• To add an existing Push to Talk contact to the group, click Existing Contact.
• To add a new Push to Talk contact to the group, click New Contact.
