1. BASS INPUT Jack
Connect your bass here.
2. [PAD] Switch (CUBE-120XL BASS only)
This adjusts the degree of amplifi cation in the BASS INPUT circuitry

Switching this on lowers the input sensitivity (-10 dB).
Switch this on if distortion occurs in this device’s input section as
the result of using basses with high output signal levels or using
connected devices. We recommend that this be switched off for
ordinary use.
3. [COMP/DRIVE] Knob
Turn this knob to COMP (Compression) or DRIVE to switch to that
eff ect. Turn the knob to adjust the amount of eff ect applied.
You can also turn COMP/DRIVE on and off using optional foot switches.

Description
COMP
This eff ect evens out the input signal levels, thus
evening out the sound. Turning the knob to the right
increases the compression eff ect.
DRIVE
This eff ect adds distortion to the sound. Turning the
knob to the right increases the distortion.
The COMP/DRIVE indicator lights up when COMP or DRIVE is on, and
goes out when turned off .
4. [SHAPE] Switch
This eff ect alters the COSM amps’ tonal characteristics. The particular
eff ect obtained varies according to the amp selected with the Type
