24 Caller ID Operation
1. Press LOWER , then repeatedly press
TIMER/BACKWARD or CLOCK/FOR-
WARD until the record you want to delete
appears.
2. Press DND/DELETE . Deleted?
appears. Press DND/DELETE again. The
phone rings once and Deleted
appears.
Follow these steps to delete all Caller ID
records.
1. Press LOWER then press TIMER/BACK-
WARD or CLOCK/FORWARD once.
TOTAL: XX NEW CALLS: XX appears.
2. Press DND/DELETE . Delete All?
appears. Press DND/DELETE again.
ALL Deleted appears to indicate all
call records are deleted.
Note: You can delete Caller ID records that
have not been reviewed. Be careful before
you press
DND/DELETE to delete all call
records.
USING CALLER/DIAL
You can quickly dial a Caller ID number by
simply pressing
CALLER/DIAL .
Note: You must store your home area code
in order to use
CALLER/DIAL (see “Setting
the Area Code” on Page 12). If the call came
from your home area code, the Caller ID
record shows only the seven-digit number
(without an area code).
Follow these steps to dial a number from a
Caller ID record without adding a 1 or an
area code.
1. Press LOWER then repeatedly press
TIMER/BACKWARD or CLOCK/FOR-
WARD to select the desired Caller ID
record.
2. Press CALLER/DIAL . The phone auto-
matically dials the number and the
phone number appears.
Follow these steps to dial a number from a
Caller ID record with a 1 or an area code.
1. Press LOWER then repeatedly press
TIMER/BACKWARD or CLOCK/FOR-
WARD to select the desired Caller ID
record.
2. Press the line button to turn on the
phone, or lift the handset and press the
line button.
3. Press 1 or enter the area code, then
press CALLER/DIAL .
