4. Press Options , scroll to Use
template and press Select .
5. Scroll to one of the available
templates and press Select .
6. Press Options and scroll to Send
and press Select .
Creating a distribution list
1. At the standby screen, select
Menu > Messages > Text
messages .
2. Scroll to Distribution lists and
press Select .
3. Press Options and scroll to Add
list and press Select .
4. Enter a name for the list and
press OK .
5. Add contacts to this list by
pressing Options > Add contact
and press Select .
6. Add the contacts one by one to
this list.
Sending a message to a
distribution list
1. At the standby screen, select
Menu > Messages > Text
messages > Create message .
2. Scroll to Add list and press Select .
Scroll to a distribution list and
press
OK .
3. Press Options and scroll to Edit
message and press Select .
After a brief pause, the message
entry screen appears in the
display.
4. Compose a message using the
keypad.
5. Press Options > Send , and press
Select .
Your message is then sent to each of
the recipient in the list.
Read and reply
When you receive a message, a
notification message displays and
the unopened letter icon (
)
appears in the display.
1. Press Show to read the message,
or Exit to move it to your inbox.
When you have unopened
messages in your inbox,
is
shown in the upper left corner of
the standby screen as a reminder.
Use the scroll keys (the Scroll up
key or the Scroll down key) to
view the whole message if
necessary.
2. Select Options > Reply , and press
Select .
3. Select a Start reply with option;
then compose your reply using
the keypad.
4. Select Options > Send , and press
Select .
