To deactivate Bluetooth connectivity, select
Menu

Connectivity

Bluetooth

Off
. Deactivation of the Bluetooth
technology connection does not affect other functions of
the phone.
Pairing
You can pair multiple devices. Paired devices are placed in
your paired device list. You can view the list even when
Bluetooth connectivity is not active or when the devices in
the list are not available for connection.
1. To pair with another device, select
Menu
>
Settings
>
Connectivity
>
Bluetooth
>
Paired devices
>
New
.
2. The phone searches for devices and displays a list of
active Bluetooth devices. Scroll to the device you want to
pair with and select
Pair
.
3. Enter the passcode you of the device you are pairing
with, and select
OK
.
Assign short name
—Give a nickname to the selected device
(visible to you only).
Auto-conn. with- out confirmation
—Select
No
if you want
the phone to connect to the selected device automatically or
Yes
if you want the phone to ask for your permission first.
Delete pairing
—Delete the pairing to the selected device.
Pair new device
—Search for active devices with Bluetooth
technology within range, scroll to the desired device, and
select
Pair
to establish pairing with that device. Do not
accept Bluetooth connectivity from sources you do not trust.
Pair a Bluetooth headset to a phone
1. Switch on your phone and the headset.
2. Activate the Bluetooth feature on the phone, and set the
phone to search for Bluetooth devices.
