Press the MENU button in Capture mode.
The [A Rec. Mode] menu will be displayed.

Press the four-way controller (3) to
select [Digital Zoom].

Press the four-way controller (5) to
select On.

Press the OK button.
The camera is ready to take the picture.
Enabling the Digital Zoom Function

• The Digital zoom only can be used and the
Optical zoom cannot be used while taking a
Moving picture. However, the Optical zoom
can be also used before taking a Moving
picture.
• Both Optical and Digital zoom can not be
used when the recorded pixels are set
“640x480”.
