Programming the remote operation ID
The remote operation ID is used to access the answering device common memory.
Choose any 3-digit number except a number using digits 0 or 7.
Make sure that the first 2-digits of the remote operation ID are different from the junk mail prohibitor ID (page
41) and the mailbox password (page 44).
1 Press (MENU) .
2 Press K , then A A .
3 Press (START/COPY/SET) .
4 Enter the desired number.
5 Press (START/COPY/SET) .
6 Press (MENU) .

2. Enter the remote operation ID
∆∆∆ during the greeting
message.
3. Press the remote command key
(refer to the right) within 4
seconds.
