Problem Cause and Remedy Page
• Printer does not
operate when the
button is pressed.
• The menu is not
displayed even
when the MENU
button is pressed.
• Has the printer unit become hot?
Ÿ If the inside of the unit becomes hot, buttons may
stop functioning and the printer may stop midway
through printing. If this happens, the PRINT lamp will
light. This is not a malfunction. Please wait for the
temperature to go down.

displayed. • Have you inserted the memory card correctly?
Ÿ Insert the memory card correctly.
• Have you inserted a memory card that is not compatible
with this printer?
Ÿ Check that the format of the memory card is
compatible with the printer.
• Is the video format incorrect?
Ÿ Change the video format as follows.

• Changing the video format
The video format varies depending on the country or region. Follow the procedure below to
change the video format.

Turn off the printer.
Turn on the printer while holding down
(DISPLAY) and (OK).
• Release the (POWER) button when the printer turns on, but be sure to continue holding
(DISPLAY) and (OK) until the image appears.
