You can choose the output format (NTSC or PAL) for taking or playing
back images on a TV or other video device.

Select [Video Out] on the [B Set-up] menu.

Use the four-way controller (45) to select [NTSC] or
[PAL].
Choose the video output format to match the output format of the TV
or other video device.

Press the OK button.
The camera is ready to take or play back images.
