Changing the TV system
If you play back recordings made on a different kind of tape
(for example, NTSC standard), the automatic TV system
switch-over may lead to colour interferences. You can switch
off the ’automatic TV system switch-over’ as follows.
a Press the MENU button. The main menu appears.
b Select the line ’ Tape ’ with the P rB or AP q
button and confirm with the SqC button.

c In the line ’ Video system ’ select the required TV
system with the DSr or SqC button.

Parental control
This function will prevent unauthorised use of your TV-VIDEO
Combi. All button-functions will be locked.
D You can make programmed recordings while the parental
control is on.
a Press the MENU button. The main menu appears.
b Select the line ’ Setup ’ with the P rB or AP q
button and confirm with the SqC button.

D If a button is pressed with activated parental
control, ’ Parental Control active ’ will
appear in the display.
D If you want to eject a cassette with activated
parental control, press the STOP h button several
seconds.
