Conserving power

The unit consumes power (approx. 0.9W) even when it is turned
off with [f/ I] (remote control: [f]). To save power when the unit is
not to be used for a long time, unplug it from the household AC
power socket. Remember to reset the radio stations and any
other memory items before using the unit again.
Information you enter into the unit’s memory remains intact for up
to 2 weeks after the AC power supply cord is disconnected.

If the power plug will not fit your socket
Use the power plug adaptor (included).

If it still doesn’t fit, contact an electrical parts distributor
for assistance.
