Setting the Shooting Functions

Changing the Mode

Capture mode is for taking pictures and Playback mode is for
playing back or erasing images. Press the Playback/OK button
to change the mode between Capture mode and Playback
mode. Pressing the shutter release button halfway during
Playback mode also moves the camera to Capture mode.

Selecting the Capture Mode

Turn the mode dial so that the mark is on

Press the Playback/OK button or the shutter release but-
ton halfway in Playback mode.

Playback Mode

Press the Playback/OK button in Capture mode.

Standard mode

All settings can be made at your
choice when taking a picture.

Night-scene mode

This mode is for taking 3D pictures.

Movie picture mode

This mode is for taking dark
scenes such as night views.
This mode is for taking moving
images.
