- Major physical or electrical damage is evident when the sheet metal cover is removed.
- The machine is dead—no out-put— no displays.
- The main input fuses (or breaker) repeatedly fail.
- The V350-Pro does not have welding output. The displays are lit.
- The V350-Pro will not produce full output.
- The machine regularly overheats and the yellow thermal light is ON indicating a thermal overload.
- An attached wire feeder will not function correctly.
- The machine’s welding output is very high and uncontrollable.
- The Weld Mode Select does not function properly.
- The Status Panel (Control and Weld Terminals Select) does not function properly.
- The display is not functioning properly.
