Solution:

you
forgot
your
user
password,
you
must
take
your
computer
to
a
Lenovo
authorized
servicer
or
a
marketing
representative
to
have
the
password
canceled.

forgot
your
HDD
password,
Lenovo
authorized
servicer
can
not
reset
your
password
or
recover
data
from
the
hard
disk.
You
must
take
your
computer
to
a
Lenovo
authorized
servicer
or
a
marketing
representative
to
have
the
hard
disk
drive
replaced.
Proof
of
purchase
is
required,
and
a
fee
will
be
charged
for
parts
and
service.

supervisor
password,

cannot
reset
your
password.
You
must
take

computer

Keyboard
problems

appears

type

lock
function

on.

disable
it,

Make
sure
that

external
numeric
keypad
is
correctly
connected
to

computer.
Sleep
or
hibernation
problems
Problem:
The

enters
sleep
mode
unexpectedly.

If

processor
overheats,
the
computer
automatically
enters
sleep
mode
to
allow
the
computer
to
cool
and
to
protect

processor
and
other
internal
components.
