ಥ Position the clutch line, wiring harness and CDI control unit. Mount and tighten
screws

Remaining screws, chassis M6 10 ‘Nm

ಥ Install front fender. ( P. 31)
ಥ Fit the start number plate. ( P. 32)
ಥ Install the fork legs. ( P. 29)

Screw, top steering stem M8 17 ‘Nm

ಥ Check the cable harness, cable, brake and clutch line for free movement and free
laying.
ಥ Check play of steering head bearing. ( P. 27)

ಥ Make sure that the distance bushings remain in place.
Installing the front fender

ಥ Check parts for damage and wear. Replace damaged or worn parts.
ಥ Make sure that the spacing sleeves are mounted in the fender.
ಥ Position the front fender. Mount and tighten screws ‘ .

Take care with the contact of the holding lugs to the start number plate.
