Clean sealing cover
Put on sealing cover and clamp
tight
Lubricating the front axle
Grease lubricating nipple in the
middle of the front axle
Grease lubricating nipple on the
right of the front axle
Grease lubricating nipple on the
left of the front axle
Lubricating the side brush
raiser
Grease both grease nipples at
the top and at the bottom sides of
the side broom lifter
Check V-belt
Raise swept material container
Pull out safety split pins
Lower safety supports on left and
right and secure with split pin
Unscrew engine cover
Check blower fan drive V-belt for
damage and wear
Check hydraulic pump V-belt
drive and the generator drive for
damage and wear
Note:
The fan belts are tensioned by a
spring.
Refill fuel
Danger!
Explosion hazard
Do not fill-in fuel in closed rooms.
Shut-off the engine.
Smoking and naked flames
prohibited.
Open tank cap.
Refuel with DIESEL (only for
ICC 1 S D) or with unleaded
premium petrol (only for
ICC 1 S B).
Refuelling using the canister
Estimate the amount of fuel
beforehand to prevent
overflowing.
Refuelling using the nozzle
Insert nozzle as far as possible
into the filler pipe. As soon as the
correctly operated fuel pump
nozzle has cut out for the first
time, do not continue refuelling.
