Top up cooling water in the
cooling water compensator
reservoir
When engine is cold
Cooling water level above the
lower mark.
When engine is hot
Cooling water level below the
upper mark.
The cooling water must not
contain more than 50% anti-
freeze agent!
See chapter Cleaning and Care
for cleaning of cooling gills and
ventilator.
Cleaning and replacing fuel
filter
Danger!
Explosion hazard
Do not carry out maintenance
tasks in closed rooms.
Shut-off the engine.
Smoking and naked flames
prohibited.
Raise swept material container
Pull out safety split pins
Lower safety supports on left and
right and secure with split pin
Unscrew engine cover
Only for ICC 1 S D
Close the fuel feed line
Unscrew fuel filter
Remove union nut and lift off fuel
filter together with its contents
Clean or replace fuel filter
Replace the gasket ring
Clean fuel filter casing
Replace the gasket ring
Tighten union nut until fingertight
Screw on fuel filter
