3 Key Operator Access
(3.Key Op. Access) Turn the key operator access code “On” or “Off”. If you select
“On”, the registered access code is required for using all applica-
tions.

4 Registering the key oper-
ator code (4.Prog. Key Op.
Code) Register or change the key operator access code (8 digits).
• Register the access code
Select this function and input your desired number (8 digits)
with the number keys, then press the
{OK} key.
• Change the access code
When you select this function, the currently registered code is
displayed on the left.
Enter the new code (8 digits) with the number keys, then press
the
{OK} key.
5.Restricted Access Restrict user access for each mode (Copier, Fax or Printer) using
optional key counter.
