Setting an Alert Notification for Sprint PCS Ready
Link Calls

Your Sprint PCS Phone can alert you with an audible tone when you
receive a Sprint PCS Ready Link call.

To set alerts for Sprint PCS Ready Link calls:

Press

to access the main menu.

Select Settings and press

Select Ready Link and press

Select Sounds and press

Select Alerts and press

Select Ready Link Calls or R-Link Missed and press

Select Once or Repeat Alert and press

To deactivate R-Link Missed alert, select Off during step
7 above.

Tip:

You can set alerts in another way (see “Alert Notification” on page 44).

Setting the Speakerphone for Sprint PCS Ready Link
Calls

You can set the speakerphone on or off when Sprint PCS Ready Link
call is activated. By default, the speakerphone is set to on.

To set the speakerphone on or off:

Press

to access the main menu.

Select Settings and press

Select Ready Link and press

Select Speakerphone and press

Select On or Off and press

Note:

If the phone’s ringer volume is set to Vibrate, Ringer off, or Silence All, the

speakerphone turns off. Press

to turn the speakerphone mode on.
